How to Bridge Your Crypto from the Ethereum Network to the Polygon Network

In part 4 of this series, we will bridge the crypto we are currently holding in our MetaMask wallet from the Ethereum network to the Polygon network.

Step 1: Go to https://wallet.polygon.technology/login on your phone or desktop.

Step 2: Select MetaMask as your wallet login. A signature request will pop up to log into your Polygon wallet. Tap the ‘sign’ button.

Step 3: A new screen will popup that reads, ‘Getting started with Polygon PoS chain’. Select ‘Polygon Wallet’ to send and receive crypto assets on the Polygon network.

Step 4: Tap the ‘send’ button and then select the amount of cryptocurrency you’d like to send to the Polygon network. Once completed, tap ‘transfer’.

Step 5: Your bridged crypto should show on your Polygon network in your MetaMask within 5 – 10 minutes.
